Luoyang Hi-tech is al whole subsidiary of China Molybdenum Co., Ltd., which was reconstructed on the basis of acquisition of the state-owned 744 factory in January, 2005. When the company was operated, the workshops were covered by grass, wastes and smeary oil. After three years of hard work, Luoyang Hi-tech has realized 5 major technology revolutions, created 5 national and international top ones, obtained 4 national patents, one national science & technology first Prize, developed 6 new products and reached the production value of 350 million RMB. The company has been awarded the prizes of National Hi-tech Industrialization Model Project, the High and New Technology Enterprise of Henan Province, The High Growth Potential High and New Technology enterprise of Luoyang City, and the Garden Company of Luoyang. The molybdenum and tungsten material research and develop center of Luoyang HI-tech has been recognized by National laboratory committee CANS and Henan Measurement Institute. It will soon become the most authorized research and develop center for refractory metals and a national laboratory.
